It's impressive how they secured a lightning-fast approval, allowing you to start the works and save money before the rent-free period begins. Kudos to your team!

By the way, if anyone is looking for a professional architect to design their next retail project, I highly recommend reaching out. It's essential to trust and use a registered architect who can deliver excellent results. Don't fall for unregistered and unqualified individuals. Quality matters!

Oh, and if you're interested in pursuing a career in esthetics, have you considered checking out an online esthetician school? It could be a great opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.

Haha -- not just one comment 3 1/2 years later , but 2 , and it sounds like they are completely unbiased and independent people too -- they obviously guessed about the certification process and rent-free period etc -- the kind of stuff you would only know about if you were involved with the project ; or very , very , very good at guessing !
