Bringing Light to Life: A Bungalow's Radiant Renewal

Our client had a bungalow with great bones, but it was badly orientated, with no sun flowing into the living areas. The kitchen was small and had very little space for dining.

A 21sqm addition was made to create a dining area, and coffee/book corner as well as completely gutting the existing kitchen.

A new bathroom, and an ensuite were installed. Consideration of northern and some western sun into the house was part of the design. Large bifolds now connect to a private outdoor deck along with rebuilding the outdoor living area to create some spaces the clients now love to be in.

What an amazing transformation! I love how the timber joinery matches the age of the house. I would love to see more.

Thanks the best part was the connection with a lovely north west facing deck area.
