Forté - Timber Flooring

Cannot have by sun, open doors or warranty will not be honoured. Poor fix up job that didn’t last. And cracking everywhere. Buy real wood or you will probably regret it as we have. They say it’s scratch resistant that is not true.

Yes we loved the flooring champagne oak, the service was excellent, only problem was we had glue left over 2 unopened sealed packets and was unable to get a refund as the bucket had been opened which contained 3 pkts very expensive for the buckets of glue. Anyway we are happy with forte and were able to return unopened packets of flooring and Forte sent out their photographer to take photos which we were sent ,great service .We had the flooring laid by our builder as he has experience doing it

We recently renovated an apartment in Auckland city and Forte flooring was fantastic! Sucn an amazing selection of product and amazing knowledgeable staff! Prompt and speedy delivery and installation. Very impressed!

We had an existing flooring supplier but decided after meeting the owner to try Forte flooring after receiving poor organisation from the other supplier. They were very courteous and prompt in all the dealings we had and always went the extra mile. They were competitive price wise with other suppliers. Very good installer. I have since used them a number of times with other clients and the service has always been very good. I think because it is a largely family operated business they have a much friendlier attitude and actually know what the word 'service' means. Very good product also.

We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship in the laying and providing of our large Greyed Oak Floor in the dining , kitchen and entrance.
