Hi Houzz Design Gurus. We currently have metal pedestrian and driveway gates to our weatherboard Villa.
When the garage door is open passers by can see into our garage and basement level which isn't always ideal. I initially thought we would replace them all with wooden gates as per the attached pictures but when I mocked it up with photoshop they looked heavy and blocked out the greenery inside. Whilst it deals with the privacy I think it reduces the curb appeal. I really don't love the metal gates though with the traditional villa materials. Any thoughts would be greatly welcomed. Thanks.
