I am one of those rare people that do not want a white kitchen, always too feminine, but this is such a nice balance....spectacular...LOVE!

10 or 13mm gib for ceilings

Hi Everyone, I always thought that the standard for ceiling gib in NZ was 13mm. Today we received our plans from a builder and it specifies the use of 10mm for BOTH walls and ceilings. After a quick www search it seems that 13mm ceiling gib is a strong recommendation, not the NZ standard. If you can clarify this, I'd appreciate hearing back, or if you have used 10mm, did it ever sag? Any further advice is appreciated. Cheers Fred.
