Love the blue carpet. It's such a nice colour and you rarely see blue carpet!

Hi Cole, I have done a quick sketch for you. This is hard without talking to you directly and learning about your situation, the rest of the house and your requirements. My thought was having a separate space for a tv/ reading lounge facing south and the dining living lounge facing north. the kitchen would connect it all. This is pretty rough and i think you have to double check your room measurements as they are not adding up?! Please let me know if you have any questions or want to explore other options? See picture attached. Cheers Gunnar

We have recently moved into a property that has a beautiful view. Consequently it has a large living space upstairs with four floor to ceiling windows. However we are unsure where we should put the furniture. We need a dining table and a TV, other than that are open to suggestions on what furniture to get/how to use the space. The right side of the room goes into the kitchen, you can see the breakfast bar at the top of the plan. The left side has a door that goes into the master bedroom. The master suite needs some rennovation so can take any suggestions as to where the door would work. To the right of the fireplace is the stairs downstairs The whole room dimensions are W= 4.0m L= 14.0m Window widths are: W1 = 3.65m, floor to ceiling window and has a door to the deck W2 = 2.35m, floor to ceiling window and has a door to the deck W3 = 2x 2.35m and floor to ceiling windows W6 = 1.95m and 0.8m up from the floor The view

Maintaining a swimming pool has traditionally been a labor-intensive task, requiring hours of manual skimming, vacuuming, and chemical balancing. However, with the evolution of pool cleaning technologies and easy access to "swimming pool cleaning near me" services, homeowners can now enjoy crystal-clear water with minimal effort. One of the most innovative developments in pool maintenance is the swimming pool robotic cleaner — a high-tech solution designed to save time, enhance cleaning efficiency, and protect your pool investment. In this article, we’ll explore the benefits of swimming pool cleaner robots, how they work, what to look for when choosing one, and how to integrate them with local pool cleaning services. Whether you're a homeowner, property manager, or pool service provider, this guide will help you understand how robotic cleaners are reshaping pool care. Why Cleanliness Matters in Pool Maintenance A clean swimming pool is more than just visually appealing — it's crucial for health and safety. Algae growth, debris buildup, and imbalanced water chemistry can not only damage your pool equipment but also pose health risks to swimmers. That’s why consistent maintenance is essential. Today’s homeowners are increasingly searching for “swimming pool cleaning near me” to find reliable local services. While hiring professionals is an excellent option, pairing that service with a swimming pool robotic cleaner can significantly reduce the need for frequent manual interventions. What Is a Swimming Pool Robotic Cleaner? A swimming pool robotic cleaner is an autonomous device designed to scrub, vacuum, and filter your pool with little to no human assistance. Unlike traditional suction-side or pressure-side pool cleaners, robotic cleaners are self-contained systems that operate independently of your pool’s filtration system. How Robotic Pool Cleaners Work These cleaners are powered by low-voltage electricity and use built-in motors to navigate your pool. They come equipped with sensors, programmable cleaning cycles, and fine-mesh filters to trap everything from large leaves to microscopic debris. High-end models can climb walls, scrub waterlines, and even map out your pool’s layout for more efficient cleaning. Top Benefits of Using a Swimming Pool Cleaner Robot 1. Time-Saving Convenience One of the primary reasons homeowners invest in robotic cleaners is to save time. Just plug it in, place it in the water, and let it do the work. Many models come with scheduled cleaning options so you can automate your pool maintenance. 2. Superior Cleaning Performance Robotic pool cleaners often outperform manual cleaning and other automatic systems. They scrub pool surfaces, vacuum debris, and filter out particles that traditional cleaners might miss. 3. Energy Efficiency Unlike suction or pressure cleaners that rely on your pool pump, robotic cleaners have their own motors, consuming less energy and reducing wear on your pool system. 4. Cost Savings Over Time Although the upfront cost of a swimming pool robotic cleaner may seem high, the long-term savings in labor, maintenance, and energy costs make it a smart investment. 5. User-Friendly Features Modern swimming pool cleaner robots come with remote controls, smartphone apps, and intelligent navigation systems that make them incredibly easy to use. Choosing the Best Swimming Pool Robotic Cleaner When shopping for a robotic cleaner, consider the following features: Pool size compatibility – Ensure the unit is designed for your pool dimensions. Type of pool surface – Some cleaners are better suited for vinyl, concrete, or fiberglass pools. Climbing ability – Look for a model that can clean walls and steps. Filter size and capacity – Choose a unit that can trap fine debris for a cleaner pool. Smart features – Wi-Fi control, scheduling, and automatic shut-off can enhance convenience. Brands like Dolphin, Polaris, and Hayward are known for their quality and reliability in the robotic pool cleaner market. The Role of Local Pool Cleaning Services Even with the best robotic cleaner, there are times when professional help is necessary. That’s why combining automated cleaning with "swimming pool cleaning near me" services is a smart strategy. Local professionals can handle tasks like: Chemical balancing Equipment inspections Deep cleaning after storms Seasonal opening and closing A swimming pool cleaner robot works best as part of a holistic maintenance plan, ensuring both daily cleanliness and long-term health of your pool system.
