Feng Shui Thoughts

Hi All,

I believe we may have some negative feng shui design elements with our home and are looking for some ideas to help address these issues.

Firstly, there is a church hall immediately to the south side of our house - and the roof line is higher than our roof line. There is a church adjacent to the church hall on the southern side which has an even higher roof line. Luckily there is no cemetery.

Secondly, there is a large planter outside the front door, potentially blocking good energy from entering the house.

Thirdly, when I stand at our front door, I look down a hallway, through a living area, through a glass door/wall and onto a swimming pool, potentially allowing good energy to flow straight through our home and into the pool.

And finally, in the north western corner of the house, there is a fireplace. I believe this location is said to bring bad luck.

Maybe there are some design elements that I could introduce to improve the negative feng shui. Any thoughts would be most welcome.

Thank you in advance!

An elderly Aunt always told me that you must place a Jade plant at the front door to bring the good luck into the home and another at the back door at the end of the passageway through the house to catch this good luck and stop it from escaping the house.

Must be true then, another was to place a mirror to reflect bad vibes back, so how about trying a mirror on the side/s of your house facing both other properties, doesn't have to be big but then mirrors do look lovely in gardens.
