Both make fine sinks.
I run a sink replacement business. Almost no one replaces a sink with a double bowl. Maybe an occasional low divide as you've pictured.

there isn't much of a difference but I like Blanco better as a brand. From a vendor prospective we deal closely with blanco and they are easy to deal with and very accommodating if an issue were to arise. To us and to our customers that is something we value.
Here's a 16-year-old Pegasus composite. It's getting replaced with a Kohler 3821-1-NA in stainless steel. In all fairness, this was first or second generation composite. They've come a long way.
