powerful led retrofit 6" & 4" square new construction.

seeking suggestions for brands and lumens for our new construction house. kitchen will have 10 spot lights we want cool bright lighting very powerful. dining room and living room will all together will have another 10 but of warm lighting. i want somehting super powerful and modern looking yet in budget. any ideas images. posts and alll? thanks

    LED fixtures are rated in lumens and temperature. Read up before you buy. You'll want to use electronic dimmers to adjust lighting intensity. Look at LED linear lighting which come as single long bars, squares, and circular shapes. Plain white fixtures hung from cables look sleek and add interest.
