Check out a local Glazier to perhaps install double glazing and have Window frames resealed plus add strips on any opening sections to stop draughts, I wouldn't replace these original indows

your glazier should be able to custom make new double glazed timber window that matches the originals and hopefully recommend a reliable builder to install the new windows
