sofa exceeding the wall

our sofa is around 50cm exceeding the wall. What can I put in the corner to hide this gap?

You need to keep the vent clear so I’d remove the lamp and add eye catching art to the wall to distract the eye.

consider a desk that is open underneath with wall art and/or shelves

I like that Kate. The round table is a good fit.

    Hi Adi,

I would bring that chair slightly forward to really own that corner, its hugging the wall a little close.

Bring the lamp next to the chair so its pairing with the chair rather than the sofa.

The exposed back of the sofa would be a great spot to hang a throw over the sofa to soften that corner. Layer the cushions over top of it to make it look intentional from the front of the sofa.

This way you are pulling attention to the display in the corner, softening that corner with the throw and letting the vent breathe.

Some art work on the wall would be a nice touch too.
