Green Living Room Design Photos with a Wood Stove

For this project the clients enjoyed more natural colours so we selected a variety of earthy greens, dusty blues and autumn oranges, bringing the British countryside inside. As the new build property is quite contemporary, we chose furnishings with a soft abstract design, this created a space with a seamless blend between comfort and linear architecture.

A contrast to the cosy snug, this second living room was light and airy and had fabulous views of the garden. To create that connection to the outside views I chose this lovely floaty fabric with leaf detail print and painted the walls a very pale grey green colour. It felt fresh and light.

We wanted to keep the feel of this open space room relaxing and airy and therefore kept the palette very toned down. We used lots of naturals and elevated the look with few pops of burnt orange and greenery, while also adding a mix of textures to the scheme.

An entertaining space with pool table under stair storage and bar, as well as comfy sofas for snuggling up around the fire.

The clients did a great job of decorating buying all mid 19th century industrial and institutional furniture and associated lamps. It gives the spaces a great sense of being relaxed as well as giving them texture from an earlier time.
