For above the garage, kind of like the idea of this being a possible guest quarters, but also "Man Cave" and Private work office.

Like how the upstairs isn't wasted space. Also like the two walk in closets for the boys and their own baths.

Love the idea of the sitting room in the Master suite, but separate from the bed. Big master closet is great, especially with the laundry accessible. Covered patio next to the open patio is great, as well as the screened in porch with fireplace. Again, like the separate entrance for mud room.

-- I like this side entrance for the mudroom. -- If a study/office, I like the file room. -- We don't want a formal and separate dining room. But we do have dinner and Thanksgiving - but we're relaxed and informal. This seems a good compromise without duplicating two rooms with the nook and dining area. -- Mbr closet looks very big, which is good.
