wine + glassware + buffet could serve as both bar area and extra storage KC - I like the storage, layout; I like the light color; the bottom portion seems a bit tall... makes me feel like it's not proportional.
buffet space and some extra drawers KC - Reminds me of a farm house, and we are not making a farm house.
offers extra buffet space if we want more in addition to the island KC - meh - not a fan of the color, or the hole in the middle.
KC - Not a huge fan of the dark color or pulls. It's beautiful though.
K: Not my favorite, but nothing offensive comes to mind.

J: the pull out drawer is a neat feature. otherwise is it probably too large profile for the room. - cool feature, however vv K: The painting looks like something my sister did in middle school.
