Stucco Type and Color! Its that wonderful flat/smooth stucco and the color is not just a straight 1-tone, instead it kind of varies along the whole surface. The is the color and style of stucco that I want. I like how the entry to house is deeply inset, has the effect of making the walls look really thick. other...this could be a great option for the west side of house where we basically turn it into a semi interior airy area. the floors must be that tile that looks like wood.

I like, again the deep inset of the garage doors. I like the accents or details all around. makes it interesting: -the moulding running along side of house about 10' high -the little wood rafters (and wood surfaces) under the roofline and under both balconies -i like the same lighting sprinkled on both the garage and part of house. -this house has just the right balance of being clean looking but interesting, and not too busy

Very nice collection of details/ Maybe a little too ornate over the center balcony doors, and the roofline moulding is a little bit much.

I like that they have accents around the windows and along the house and pillar/wall

I like the side of this house/garage with. Its a bit contemporary look, but I like... -the wood doors inset, the moulding around the door, the moulding below the roof -i like the lighting too. its a nice style, solid and interesting without being too contemporary -the color palette is really nice with the off white stucco and then lighter moulding, and offset by the wood doors and roof. The colors are clean but homey.

I like the inset doors AND windows. Iove the arched windows and doors. I like how there is SOME precast concrete around the front door but they did not over do it.

*n-like these walls a lot with the smooth finish. its like above/mediteranean, and i like the color contrast with the wood roof beams etc. also like the travertine floor in the ashlar pattern. Not a fan of the fireplace wall stone used nor the fireplace design either. Lighting is bad.

GREAT outdoor fireplace. I especially like the shape of the wide fire box, that is not very tall. and the light color of the material (not stone) has a contemporary feel

I like the ceiling type, and its a nice height. they did a nice job with turning an exterior wall into great outdoor area

Love the pool tile here for replacing our pool tile.
