Brian kind of poo poo'd, the idea of trash drawers, but I bet if he had a small drawer for chopping discards, he would fall in love. I would bet hard cash on this.

aside from the shipman on the ceiling. I love all of it. even the floor.

We have more cooking oils than this, but a little drawer next to the stove like this would be a pretty nice storage option.
