Simply white is great, your painter WILL moan as the coverage is not great and you will need an extra coat. All four sides will look different AND at different times of the day. No matter WHICH. My fail safe ? Custom white from two stock Ben Moore whites. 2/3 "Decorator white" with 1/3 Linen White . Clean crisp, and just enough "off". Not too cold and not too warm. Gave that formula mix to a local cabinet place - best selling of all their "whites".

I might suggest not overthinking it. Because the difference between the colors is minimal. Unlikely anyone could tell the difference between the three on an exterior. Asking your painter which s/he'd rather use might be an easy way to settle it. For example, if I remember correctly, White Dove hides a bit better than Simply White.
