cubbies or no cubbies? I like the depth of these and the individual drawers on the bottom for each person's mittens, hats, etc. But then where do the shoes go??

Cubbies or a wall of hooks? Which utilizes space the space and helps keep things organized? Cubbies can be assigned. Hooks ensures everybody has one for their stuff.
