i would do away with the play room and mirror the bath, pantry and kitchen to the other side of the house. bath can either access from hall way opposite bed 2 or from laundry. i would remove the robe or make it a linen cupboard to hall and move robe to where pantry/bath is and have tv wall on the other side of the wall for the living area. dining goes in the middle between living and kitchen.
bed 2 i would put the 2 1209 windows on the front facade but make them 2109 and move the 0618 to the side and put the bed under that one
you are not constrained to using the original house footprint when building under so can do away with the kink in the wall if the site permits
bathroom looks to be 1800x1800 which is ok but turn the toilet to be on wall to backing pantry and turn vanity so you see it straight away
sink in the island bench is personal preference but i would keep a single bowl there if you can afford
upstairs ensuite would put shower on wir end full length, toilet in middle and vanity on end so you see first as you walk in door. drop it to 2m wide to maximise master bed size
