Like the color of the island and interesting to see how they built the island into a beam.

This is closer to what we are thinking for a color scheme except the counters being a little more off set from the wall. We also like the wood accent on the hood.

Here the counters stand out a little more. We are more interested in tile than shiplap, though.

The backsplash of this we like a lot. Also, the way the counters look. We would just want the butcher block on the island with white on the bottom.
