THIS IS IT!!! LOVE the layout of kitchen/dining/great room in an "L" shape around covered loggia! Would turn the sitting room into a dining area off of the kitchen (long table to seat 10-12) like the floors and colors...like the way the island looks like a furniture piece like the separation between the great room and kitchen but instead of an arch would do a heavy wood beam...would add another beam to separate the kitchen and the dining room. LOVE main sink in island!
