How much would this fire place cost? Possibly wired already. Ask Jeanne and Josh's neighbor...could go right in front of the porch ledge on the left side furthest from the dropping trees. Thoughts?

Could the couch fit up against the wall by the laundry room window? It would cover the well but at more room on the patio? Wicker bottom so possible sunlight through the window?
