Love everything about this. I can use this as our inspiration picture. However, your work zone facing the fireplace will be back farther than it is now. And, we will need to repair the floor. It will be fridge on the left. Oven/Micro combo & pantry on the right. Cooktop or range in the middle. Sink and Dishwasher on the island. We can do grey island if blue is too limiting decor-wise.
