Different configuration to consider. Shower is where our window s now. We'd close up a window we really don't need. Keep a horizontal narrow upper window with frosted glass for light.

The layout fits exactly in our bathroom. Don't like the tile. Prefer clay foot tub. Like dark wood cabinetry.
