We usually try to get between 18-24" wide inside. 24" gives you nice room to hang things on 3 sides of the cubby for multiple jackets, backpacks, etc. In this photo, the client needed a total of 6 lockers - 1 for each member of the family. So these measure 18-1/2" clear inside width.

The width of the room is 7'-10", and the depth, which is not fully visible is 13'-8". The built-in is ±19" deep and 5'-6" in length. Note how close the washer/dryer is to the window. It might be better to have the room a few inches wider than the 7'-10" width.

It's been a while since this project was completed so if memory serves me correctly, each space is about 24" wide. The ceilings are 10'. Hope that helps.

Each of the three bays widths are approx 30" . Each of the "cubbies are approx 14" wide x 8" tall. The cubbies were designed to fit a store bought wicker basket that could be housed comfortably within that dimension.

The approximate width is 8' -10 1/2" and the length for the mudroom is approximately 10' -7" and the length of the laundry space behind the door opening is 8'-3"
