floor: NMB, thanks for your question. The floors are 4" wide rift & quarter sawn white oak with a custom blend dark stain. There is no brand or manufacturer as this is real wood. The custom stain blend is 50% ebony with 50% chocolate and finished with an oil based polyurethane for durability. Good luck with your project
