Alvhem means “river home” in Swedish, and the name reflects the homeowner’s family heritage. As the name implies, this house is located on a partially wooded bluff overlooking the Corsica Rivera. The homeowner had a clear vision for the final product, requesting a modern house with a simple, shed roof form.
