Ann Arbor 1st Flr Remodel: Devonshire

For this project on this 1930’s traditional brick Ann Arbor home, our team at Rochman Design Build converted the existing garage into a den, added a mudroom with plenty of seating, incorporated a flex space of home office / guest room, and created an open space kitchen and new layout by removing the wall between the current kitchen and dining room. The new space is open, welcoming and beautiful.
