We re-designed and renovated three bathrooms and a laundry/mudroom in this builder-grade tract home. All finishes were carefully sourced, and all millwork was designed and custom-built.

This Wyoming master bath felt confined with an
inefficient layout. Although the existing bathroom
was a good size, an awkwardly placed dividing
wall made it impossible for two people to be in
it at the same time.
Taking down the dividing wall made the room
feel much more open and allowed warm,
natural light to come in. To take advantage of
all that sunshine, an elegant soaking tub was
placed right by the window, along with a unique,
black subway tile and quartz tub ledge. Adding
contrast to the dark tile is a beautiful wood vanity
with ultra-convenient drawer storage. Gold
fi xtures bring warmth and luxury, and add a
perfect fi nishing touch to this spa-like retreat.

This cottage remodel on Lake Charlevoix was such a fun project to work on. We really strived to bring in the coastal elements around the home to give this cottage it's asthetics. You will see a lot of whites, light blues, and some grey/greige accents as well.

The guest bath in this project was a simple black and white design with beveled subway tile and ceramic patterned tile on the floor. Bringing the tile up the wall and to the ceiling in the shower adds depth and luxury to this small bathroom. The farmhouse sink with raw pine vanity cabinet give a rustic vibe; the perfect amount of natural texture in this otherwise tile and glass space. Perfect for guests!

These young hip professional clients love to travel and wanted a home where they could showcase the items that they've collected abroad. Their fun and vibrant personalities are expressed in every inch of the space, which was personalized down to the smallest details. Just like they are up for adventure in life, they were up for for adventure in the design and the outcome was truly one-of-kind.

The bathroom was completely rearranged to take advantage of the bathroom's natural light. The shower was moved to the previous garden tub location while the freestanding tub replaced the previous toilet room.

SCD brightened up the dark and dated master bath using a light, neutral palette. Glass mosaic tile adds sparkle to the walls in the tub and shower and contrasts nicely with the matte-finish subway tile. Vanities with curved fronts and chrome legs up the glam factor, while the artwork and Roman shade add texture.

This photo is of the ensuite located on the upper floor of the addition. A reclaimed stained glass window was built-in to the new bathroom window to provide privacy while still providing the proper efficiency of a new window. The shower completely custom from tile to glass.

1. White carrera honed Hex tile and subway tile are complimented by the polished carrera on the custom designed vanity with Kohler Sinks.
2. Thomas O’Brien Hicks pendants in Antique Nickel hang over the mirrors from Restoration Hardware.
3. The Custom mosaic Niche in the Shower is repeated on the opposite wall beside the Tresham Toilet by Kohler.
4. Faucets and Shower Hardware are the Grafton Collection from Restoration Hardware.
5. Walls are painted with Sherwin Williams Emerald Paint in SW6204, Sea Salt, and the Wainscote is one shade lighter in SW6203 Spare White.
6. Pocket doors were installed using the original 100 year old doors, and add usable space in the room.
