To create enough room to add a dual vanity, Blackline integrated an adjacent closet and borrowed some square footage from an existing closet to the space. The new modern vanity includes stained walnut flat panel cabinets and is topped with white Quartz and matte black fixtures.

Small updates to this bathroom layout made a big impact. We moved the shower area out of the dormer to allow for much needed headroom. Under the dormer, new shelving was added for additional storage. The size of the vanity was extended and a half wall as added next to the toilet to keep it out of plain sight.

The design features a board and batten wall detail, open shelving niche with wicker baskets for added texture and storage, a double sink vanity in a beautiful ink blue color with shaker style doors and a white quartz counter top which adds a light and airy feeling to the space. The alcove shower is tiled from floor to ceiling with a marble pattern porcelain tile which includes a niche for shampoo and a penny round tile mosaic floor detail. Adding a pop of color to a room can really help transform anyone's home! Even better with it being just towels we can always interchange to anyone's evolving decor. We also did high-low design with a furniture vanity, wide spread faucets, hanging pendants, etc.

Adding double faucets in a wall mounted sink to this guest bathroom is such a fun way for the kids to brush their teeth. Keeping the walls white and adding neutral tile and finishes makes the room feel fresh and clean.
