Our client needed to upgrade a mall bathroom needs to include a soaker bath shower combination, as much storage as possible, and lots of style!
The result is a great space with color, style and flare.

A remodeled master bathroom that now complements our clients' lifestyle. The main goal was to make the space more functional while also giving it a refreshing and updated look.
Our first action was to replace the vanity. We installed a brand new storage-centric vanity that stayed within the size of the previous one, wasting no additional space.
Additional features included custom mirrors perfectly fitted to their new vanity, elegant new sconce lighting, and a new mosaic tiled shower niche.
Designed by Chi Renovation & Design who serve Chicago and it's surrounding suburbs, with an emphasis on the North Side and North Shore. You'll find their work from the Loop through Lincoln Park, Skokie, Wilmette, and all of the way up to Lake Forest.

When approaching this bathroom renovation we found the original floor tiles in excellent condition and they became the inspiration for the entire concept. We replaced the damaged wall tiles with white painted bead board and updated a clunky, poorly placed sink with this stunning wall mounted model by Porcher. The result is a classic bathroom with a nod to it's 1950's origins. Photo by Jonathan Hayward

This bathroom layout was changed to make better use of the compact space. Panelling was added to the walls and the old towel rail was kept. A vintage-style vanity unit was sourced with complimentary wall mirror and new wall lighting added.

The goal of this remodel was to freshen up a small and dated guest bathroom and create a French-inspired space that integrated nicely with the home’s traditional décor. The bathroom was transformed by selecting a soft color palette, elegant wall covering, new plumbing fixtures, hand-made fleur-de-lis tiles and traditional lighting.

We restored this existing cast iron tub and installed this moody, green tile all the way to the ceiling. The gold fixtures play beautifully with the gold in the vintage wallpaper.
