A small space deserves just as much attention as a large space. This powder room is long and narrow. We didn't have the luxury of adding a vanity under the sink which also wouldn't have provided much storage since the plumbing would have taken up most of it. Using our creativity we devised a way to introduce corner/upper storage while adding a counter surface to this small space through custom millwork. All room has a fully tiled bathrooms with gorgeous feature tiles. The sanitaryware was all carefully selected to ensure a high end feel. Large rain showers to give that experience and large back lit mirrors with integrated Bluetooth for music. Italian designed surface mounted basin on a bespoke floating vanity with quality finishes.

The sea glass tiles and marble combination creates a serene feel that is perfect for a smaller bath. The various techniques incorporated into the redesign create a sense of depth and space. Meanwhile, the abstract prints and the black pendant lighting add a slight edge to the room. A spa shower system and glass partition elevate the high-end feel of the space. This roll in shower combines style and function seamlessly. This wet room design uses a "base former" which is set directly on the joists to make a one level room without having to modify a homes framing - very cool design. The glass enclosure keeps the water contained - but the larger opening makes the space wheelchair friendly.
