A small space deserves just as much attention as a large space. This powder room is long and narrow. We didn't have the luxury of adding a vanity under the sink which also wouldn't have provided much storage since the plumbing would have taken up most of it. Using our creativity we devised a way to introduce corner/upper storage while adding a counter surface to this small space through custom millwork. This tiny bathroom got a facelift and more room by removing a closet on the other side of the wall. What used to be just a sink and toilet became a 3/4 bath with a full walk in shower!

This Guest bath was created by incorporating the original laundry room space off the kitchen. From a space-planning perspective, it made more sense to create a guest room and bath for needed value. This bath was a fun twist of light and dark keeping within our overall moody aesthetic.
