This transitional-inspired remodel to this lovely Bonita Bay home consists of a completely transformed kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was redesigned for better functionality, better flow and is now more open to the adjacent rooms. The original kitchen design was very outdated, with natural wood color cabinets, corian countertops, white appliances, a very small island and peninsula, which closed off the kitchen with only one way in and out. The new kitchen features a massive island with seating for six, gorgeous quartz countertops, all new upgraded stainless steel appliances, magnificent white cabinets, including a glass front display cabinet and pantry. The two-toned cabinetry consists of white permitter cabinets, while the island boasts beautiful blue cabinetry. The blue cabinetry is also featured in the bathroom. The bathroom is quite special. Colorful wallpaper sets the tone with a wonderful decorative pattern. The blue cabinets contrasted with the white quartz counters, and gold finishes are truly lovely. New flooring was installed throughout.

The Hall Bathroom is a zero-threshold shower with floor to ceiling Islandia Hawaii Glass subway tile surround, Tundra Grey Basket weave flooring throughout and a black vanity with Nouveau Calcatta white quartz counter top.

This small powder room is one of my favorite rooms in the house with this bold black and white wallpaper behind the vanity and the soft pink walls. The emerald green floating vanity was custom made by Prestige Cabinets of Virginia.

This elegant traditional powder room has little bit of a contemporary edge to it with the unique crystal wall sconces added to the mix. The blue grass clothe wallpaper has a sparkle of gold peaking through just enough to give it some shine. The custom wall art was done by the home owner who happens to be an Artist. The custom tall wall paneling was added on purpose to add architecture to the space. This works perfectly with the already existing wide crown molding. It carries your eye down to the new beautiful paneling. Such a classy and elegant powder room that is truly timeless. A look that will never die out. The carrara custom cut marble top is a jewel added to the gorgeous custom made vanity that looks like a piece of furniture. The beautifully carved details makes this a show stopper for sure. My client found the unique wood dragon applique that the cabinet guy incorporated into the custom vanity. Complete with a standing shower, the room successfully incorporates elements of various styles toward a harmonious end. The vanity was a cabinet from Arhaus Furniture that was used for a store staging. Raymond and Jennifer purchased the marble top and put it on themselves. Jennifer had the lighting made by a husband-and-wife team that she found on Instagram. "Because social media is a great tool, it is also helpful to support small businesses. With just a little hash tagging and the right people to follow, you can find the most amazing things," she says. This whimsical half bathroom is inspired by the homeowners love for nature! We painted the wainscoting a rich green to contrast the custom wood shaker vanity. We used a soft wallpaper with animals and wildlife by Hygge & West. The gold mirror and light fixture are cute and fun!

Masterfully designed and executed Master Bath remodel in Landenburg PA. Dual Fabuwood Nexus Frost vanities flank the bathrooms double door entry. A new spacious shower with clean porcelain tiles and clear glass surround replaced the original cramped shower room. The spacious freestanding tub looks perfect in its new custom trimmed opening. The show stopper is the fantastic tile floor; what a classic look and pop of flavor. Kudos to the client and Stacy Nass our selections coordinator on this AWESOME new look.
