This 90's beauty had an odd layout with a built-in tub deck. It had a closed off layout and was dated with striped wallpaper, tiled countertops and gold fixtures. We removed the tub deck and installed a beautiful, aerated tub, providing a focal point when you walk in. We replaced vinyl flooring with neutral large format floor tile with a tile base. The new shower is larger than was the existing shower, set in a vertical brick set pattern with a beautiful mosaic band running through the niche. The homeowners previously purchased the vanity which is a great finish to this master bathroom.

Clawfoot tub by Waterworks in an elegant master bathroom in a major remodel of a traditional Palo Alto home. This freestanding tub was painted a custom color on site. Notice the decorative tile border on the wainscot. A ledge allows room for a sculpture. There is both recessed lighting and surface-mounted lighting as the custom vanity made of cherry wood has shaded wall sconces.

The clients were keen to keep upheaval to a minimum so we kept the existing layout, meaning there was no need to relocate the services and cutting down the time that the bathroom was out of action. Underfloor heating was installed to free up wall space in this bijou bathroom, and plentiful bespoke and hidden storage was fitted to help the clients keep the space looking neat. The clients had a selection of existing items they wanted to make use of, including a mirror and some offcuts from their kitchen worktop. We LOVE a no-waste challenge around here, so we had the mirror re-sprayed to match the lampshades, and had the offcuts re-worked into the surface and splash back of the vanity.

A very nice surprise behind the doors of this powder room. A small room getting all the attention amidst all the white.Fun flamingos in silver metallic and a touch of aqua. Can we talk about that mirror? An icon at this point. White ruffles so delicately edged in silver packs a huge WoW! Notice the 2 clear pendants either side? How could we draw the attention away

This penthouse in an industrial warehouse pairs old and new for versatility, function, and beauty. The elegant powder room features flying cranes on a moody dark teal wallpaper, 3-tiered gold lotus leaf stack sconces on either side of a beveled mirror, and a furniture style vanity with black counter and gold faucet.
