An award winning project to transform a two storey Victorian terrace house into a generous family home with the addition of both a side extension and loft conversion.
The side extension provides a light filled open plan kitchen/dining room under a glass roof and bi-folding doors gives level access to the south facing garden. A generous master bedroom with en-suite is housed in the converted loft. A fully glazed dormer provides the occupants with an abundance of daylight and uninterrupted views of the adjacent Wendell Park.

Rhombus 6x10 is a porcelain tile that has different variations. The color shape is the same for all, but there are four different textures and patterns. One has a wavy, lace design on it. One has a grey floral design. One has a zigzag pattern, and one has words pressed on it. The designs translate to the texture. You can feel the lace, the floral pattern, the zigzag formation, and the words on the tile. The colors we carry are light grey, dark grey and white.

The bathroom layout was changed, opening up and simplifying the space. New fixtures were chosen to blend well with the vintage aesthetic.
The tile flows seamlessly from the hand-set 1" hex pattern in the floor to the cove base, subway, and picture rail, all in a matte-finish ceramic tile.
We built the medicine cabinet to match the windows of the house as well as the cabinets George Ramos Woodworking built for the kitchen and sunroom.

This traditional powder room design brings a touch of glamor to the home. The distressed finish vanity cabinet is topped with a Carrara countertop, and accented with polished brass hardware and faucets. This is complemented by the wallpaper color scheme and the classic marble tile floor design. These elements come together to create a one-of-a-kind space for guests to freshen up.

The narrow allotment of just seven metres required us to think outside the box to create a striking, minimalistic home. It features rear lane access for garaging in order to utilise the full frontage for a master bedroom and upper living. We came up with a simple palette and form consisting of six metre wall to wall glass, floating timber staircase and a concrete panelled facade.
House of a Different Color
Primary bathroom renovation. Navy, gray, and black are balanced by crisp whites and light wood tones. Eclectic mix of geometric shapes and organic patterns. Featuring 3D porcelain tile from Italy, hand-carved geometric tribal pattern in vanity's cabinet doors, hand-finished industrial-style navy/charcoal 24x24" wall tiles, and oversized 24x48" porcelain HD printed marble patterned wall tiles. Flooring in waterproof LVP, continued from bedroom into bathroom and closet. Brushed gold faucets and shower fixtures. Authentic, hand-pierced Moroccan globe light over tub for beautiful shadows for relaxing and romantic soaks in the tub. Vanity pendant lights with handmade glass, hand-finished gold and silver tones layers organic design over geometric tile backdrop. Open, glass panel all-tile shower with 48x48" window (glass frosted after photos were taken). Shower pan tile pattern matches 3D tile pattern. Arched medicine cabinet from West Elm. Separate toilet room with sound dampening built-in wall treatment for enhanced privacy. Frosted glass doors throughout. Vent fan with integrated heat option. Tall storage cabinet for additional space to store body care products and other bathroom essentials. Original bathroom plumbed for two sinks, but current homeowner has only one user for this bathroom, so we capped one side, which can easily be reopened in future if homeowner wants to return to a double-sink setup.
Expanded closet size and completely redesigned closet built-in storage. Please see separate album of closet photos for more photos and details on this.
