The bathroom is quite tight but we were able to get a spacious shower tucked away with an awesome capri-blue vanity with long niche in the center. The clients hung a mirror behind the vanity which completed the space and they chose some really fun tiles that compliment the blues and brass accents.

This bathroom got a punch of personality with this modern, monochromatic design. Hand molded wall tiles and these playful, porcelain floor tiles add the perfect amount of movement and style to this newly remodeled space. In a home with just about 1000 sf our design needed to thoughtful, unlike the recent contractor-grade flip it had recently undergone. For clients who love to cook and entertain we came up with several floor plans and this open layout worked best. We used every inch available to add storage, work surfaces, and even squeezed in a 3/4 bath! Colorful but still soothing, the greens in the kitchen and blues in the bathroom remind us of Big Sur, and the nod to mid-century perfectly suits the home and it's new owners.

A large window of edged glass brings in diffused light without sacrificing privacy. Two tall medicine cabinets hover in front are actually hung from the header. Long skylight directly above the counter fills the room with natural light. A poky upstairs layout becomes a spacious master suite, complete with a Japanese soaking tub to warm up in the long, wet months of the Pacific Northwest.
