The monochrome theme is then softened and made more inviting by the addition of the timber vanity with its fluted basins. A master bathroom in need of an update was modernized with a barn door, new vanity and modern natural tile selections. We were able to create a bathroom space which include warm colors( wood shelves, wall color, floor tile) and crisp clean finishes ( vanity, quartz, textural wall tile). There were 2 benches included for seating in and out of large shower enclosure.

The guest bath in this project was a simple black and white design with beveled subway tile and ceramic patterned tile on the floor. Bringing the tile up the wall and to the ceiling in the shower adds depth and luxury to this small bathroom. The farmhouse sink with raw pine vanity cabinet give a rustic vibe; the perfect amount of natural texture in this otherwise tile and glass space. Perfect for guests!

A spacious, L-shaped Maple vanity with Dove finish offers double the amount of storage space. The new Viaterra quartz looks classic and is easy to maintain. Custom-made Ghost Wood mirrors and floating shelves fabricated out of distressed wood and galvanized piping create focal points amongst the clean white selections. Gorgeous Eramosa Ice ceramic tile floors add a splash of silver. The new shower feels much larger even though it’s in the existing footprint. A special shaving niche was placed 6” off the ground. The basketweave tile floor adds some geometric interest in the otherwise clean, white space.

Devon Grace Interiors designed a luxurious primary bathroom that features a grey double vanity with shaker style cabinetry doors. Ceramic wall tile, quartz countertops and backsplash, and brass wall-mounted faucets add natural textures and warmth to the space.

By installing a shed dormer we gained significant head clearance as well as square footage to have this beautiful walk in shower added in place of the previous smaller tub with no clearance.
