The girl's bunk on the top level was to feel like a vintage attic. So the color pallet is a real muted soft blue-green that feels very historic. This suite incorporates a sleeping alcove, with four upholstered twin beds and concealed storage drawers. All the walls and ceilings are planked. A very playful, bright color scheme was chosen from the wall covering in the girl's bunk bath. In the bathroom a floating vanity was chosen, the detailing on the drawers is a random width and depth plank with an enlarged bead on the drawers. Countertops are a honed white marble and in the showers, are incorporated a glass tile to enhance the water and lake feel.

A Fine Finish Decorative Art
This photo shows a larger context of the bathroom walls with multiple layers and colors of Venetian plaster toweled onto these walls. A layer of silver wax is interspersed through the Venetian plaster, with areas of silver peeking through giving the wall finish an extra punch of glamour.

wrinkled copper insets on the cabinet doorsare mimiced by the faux rusted metal paint on walls. The stacked slate slab countertop has a rustic natural edge. the faucet is operated by sensor, and creates the old mine feel of the space with its simplicity. The small TV is connected to the theather next door, so you never have to miss a moment of the movie!

We juxtaposed bold colors and contemporary furnishings with the early twentieth-century interior architecture for this four-level Pacific Heights Edwardian. The home's showpiece is the living room, where the walls received a rich coat of blackened teal blue paint with a high gloss finish, while the high ceiling is painted off-white with violet undertones. Against this dramatic backdrop, we placed a streamlined sofa upholstered in an opulent navy velour and companioned it with a pair of modern lounge chairs covered in raspberry mohair. An artisanal wool and silk rug in indigo, wine, and smoke ties the space together.

The lower level spa bathroom (off the home gym), features all the amenities for a relaxing escape! A large steam shower with a rain head and body sprays hits the spot. Pebbles on the floor offer a natural foot message. Dramatic details; glass wall tile, stone door hardware, wall mounted faucet, glass vessel sink, textured wallpaper, and the bubble ceiling fixture blend together for this striking oasis.
