Dans cette maison datant de 1993, il y avait une grande perte de place au RDCH; Les clients souhaitaient une rénovation totale de ce dernier afin de le restructurer. Ils rêvaient d'un espace évolutif et chaleureux. Nous avons donc proposé de re-cloisonner l'ensemble par des meubles sur mesure et des claustras. Nous avons également proposé d'apporter de la lumière en repeignant en blanc les grandes fenêtres donnant sur jardin et en retravaillant l'éclairage. Et, enfin, nous avons proposé des matériaux ayant du caractère et des coloris apportant du peps!

Pour ce projet, nos clients souhaitaient personnaliser leur appartement en y apportant de la couleur et le rendre plus fonctionnel. Nous avons donc conçu de nombreuses menuiseries sur mesure et joué avec les couleurs en fonction des espaces. Dans la pièce de vie, le bleu des niches de la bibliothèque contraste avec les touches orangées de la décoration et fait écho au mur mitoyen. Côté salle à manger, le module de rangement aux lignes géométriques apporte une touche graphique. L’entrée et la cuisine ont elles aussi droit à leurs menuiseries sur mesure, avec des espaces de rangement fonctionnels et leur banquette pour plus de convivialité. En ce qui concerne les salles de bain, chacun la sienne ! Une dans les tons chauds, l’autre aux tons plus sobres.

Superbe salle de bain parentale, dans ce qui était auparavant la cuisine ! Une très grande douche à l'italienne, toute carrelée d'un beau camaïeu de mosaïques aux tons bleu/vert/gris. Un sol très original et totalement aléatoire bicolore, en carreaux hexagonaux bleus et gris. Une baignoire droite avec fonctions bouillonnants et jets de massage. Le tout entouré de carreaux blancs classiques. Our design intention was to create a space that offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The minimalist aesthetic, characterized by clean lines and understated elegance, fosters a sense of calm and balance. Soft earthy tones and natural materials evoke a connection to nature, while the thoughtful placement of lighting enhances the ambiance and mood of the space. The spacious double vanity provides ample storage and functionality, while the oversized mirror reflects the beauty of the surroundings. With its thoughtful design and luxurious amenities, this principal ensuite bathroom is a retreat for the senses, offering a peaceful respite for body and mind.

Chelsea Gray Paint

The clients were keen to keep upheaval to a minimum so we kept the existing layout, meaning there was no need to relocate the services and cutting down the time that the bathroom was out of action. Underfloor heating was installed to free up wall space in this bijou bathroom, and plentiful bespoke and hidden storage was fitted to help the clients keep the space looking neat. The clients had a selection of existing items they wanted to make use of, including a mirror and some offcuts from their kitchen worktop. We LOVE a no-waste challenge around here, so we had the mirror re-sprayed to match the lampshades, and had the offcuts re-worked into the surface and splash back of the vanity.

A small cottage bathroom was enlarged to incorporate a freestanding shower bath, painted to match the beautiful Peacock Blue furniture.

We upgraded this guest bathroom by using a fresh, clean, and bold palette. By keeping all of the plumbing locations in place it saved time and money.
