Condo Bath Remodel

This elegant master bathroom features a freestanding soaking tub with three rock crystal pendants suspended above. The floor is in a textured grey porcelain tile and the walls are clad in a Calcutta marble looking engineered slab. For the window above the tub rain glass was added for privacy but still allows ample natural light to flow into the space. The built-in double vanity features a make-up seating area and above the vanity is a wall-mounted lighted mirror. On the vanity wall is a natural shimmery quartzite ledgerstone. The tub wall is covered in a Neolith slab and the opposite wall is covered in a shimmery mica wallpaper. over both undermounted sinks are modern wall-mounted faucets.

Inspired by ancient Roman baths and the clients’ love for exotic onyx, this entire space was transformed into a luxe spa oasis using traditional architectural elements, onyx, marble, warm woods and exquisite lighting. The luxurious all-white master bathroom is now the perfect oasis getaway for two, complete with a large, spacious walk-in shower designed in Calacatta marble, White Pearl Quartzite counters with dual undermount sinks, ceiling-height Dura Supreme cabinetry in a Pearl finish, and a built-in linen closet to maximize storage. Other features include Grohe/Ferguson chrome fixtures, a toilet and bidet, Swarovski crystal shower valves, and a hexagon mosaic tile floor. The extension of the wall allowed us to add a glass block window, letting more light into the space. Finally, delicate wallpaper with a raised floral design added the perfect touch of luxury to this updated master bathroom.

This house has great bones and just needed some current updates. We started by renovating all four bathrooms and the main staircase. All lighting was updated to be clean and bright. We then layered in new furnishings for the dining room, living room, family room and entry, increasing the functionality and aesthetics of each of these areas. Spaces that were previously avoided and unused now have meaning and excitement so that the clients eagerly use them both casually every day as well as for entertaining.

This hall bath was the perfect spot to make a fun statement. The new bath features heated flooring, new chandelier, new soaking tub with tile surround and wallpaper. Because the homeowner is a bath lover, they opted to not install a shower here, but instead use the space to create a fun, spa-like feel.

I am glad to present a new project, Powder room design in a modern style. This project is as simple as it is not ordinary with its solution. The powder room is the most typical, small. I used wallpaper for this project, changing the visual space - increasing it. The idea was to extend the semicircular corridor by creating additional vertical backlit niches. I also used everyone's long-loved living moss to decorate the wall so that the powder room did not look like a lifeless and dull corridor. The interior lines are clean. The interior is not overflowing with accents and flowers. Everything is concise and restrained: concrete and flowers, the latest technology and wildlife, wood and metal, yin-yang.
