Small powder room remodel. Added a small shower to existing powder room by taking space from the adjacent laundry area.

123 Remodeling’s design-build team gave this bathroom in Bucktown (Chicago, IL) a facelift by installing new tile, mirrors, light fixtures, and a new countertop. We reused the existing vanity, shower fixtures, faucets, and toilet that were all in good condition. We incorporated a beautiful blue blended tile as an accent wall to pop against the rest of the neutral tiles. Lastly, we added a shower bench and a sliding glass shower door giving this client the coastal bathroom of their dreams.

Linear glass tiles in calming shades of blue and crisp white field tiles set vertically visually draw the eye up and heighten the space, while a new frameless glass shower door helps create an airy and open feeling. We gut renovated this bathroom down to the studs. We kept the layout but used Fireclay tiles to bring a fresh and functional perspective.

Contemporary bathroom project with white & blue tiles, navy vanity, chrome fixtures, alcove shower and sliding glass door. Accent wall inside the shower with blue glass& marble mosaic tiles.

This master bathroom was partially an old hall bath that was able to be enlarged due to a whole home addition. The homeowners needed a space to spread out and relax after a long day of working on other people's homes (yes - they do what we do!) A spacious floor plan, large tub, over-sized walk in shower, a smart commode, and customized enlarged vanity did the trick! The cabinets are from WW Woods Shiloh inset, in their furniture collection. Maple with a Naval paint color make a bold pop of color in the space. Robern cabinets double as storage and mirrors at each vanity sink. The master closet is fully customized and outfitted with cabinetry from California Closets. The tile is all a Calacatta Gold Marble - herringbone mosaic on the floor and a subway in the shower. Golden and brass tones in the plumbing bring warmth to the space. The vanity faucets, shower items, tub filler, and accessories are from Watermark. The commode is "smart" and from Toto.
