Beautiful Kitchen Tile Backsplash

OK, so I'm a HUGE sucker for handmade tile. If left to my own devices, I could spend an entire day in a tile store touching every little thing on display. These particular tiles came from Pratt & Larson Tile in Portland, Oregon, where I live and work. We selected the exact colors that we wanted to use and waited weeks for their artisans to create this masterpiece for us. As you can imagine, this backsplash was the focal point for the entire kitchen. It was featured in the 2007 Tour of Remodeled Homes in Portland.
