Belmond Log Home Addition and Remodel

Another outstanding project in rural North Iowa demonstrates Quintus' skill at tying in an existing structure with a major addition and remodel. This customer also had many unique and challenging customizations that let the Quintus Construction crew's talents shine. The main entry boasts a stone arched gable with copper inset and free floating, organic formed concrete steps gracefully flowing around a River Birch tree. A few exciting interior elements include a stone archway, reclaimed timber columns, an elliptical arch spanning the ‘Great' room, reclaimed wood-beam coffered ceiling, and a tri-beveled vaulted master suite ceiling. “Wow” factors in the kitchen are the hand framed inverted curved range hood with rusted iron finish and quarter-sawn oak cabinets, and a mosaic, travertine-marble back-splash.
