Beverly Hills Estate
Here is a beautiful photo looking over the rear landscape of a large Beverly Hills estate. We are controlling the landscape lighting via a Crestron control system and a Lutron HomeWorks lighting system. The expansive grounds also hide a very high-performance multi-speaker landscape audio system that fills the outdoor areas with even, consistent, high-quality sound. The subwoofers are buried in the greenscape and the rest of the speakers blend in as they resemble Malibu lights.
The owners are able to select different lighting scenes for when they entertain outside, or just to change lighting effects for fun. As a default, the landscape lighting turns on and off automatically with the built-in astronomic time clock, which turns on the lights in relation to the ever-changing sunset times. No manual lighting clock to mess with!
This estate is the recipient of many custom audio video awards (see list of keywords for more awards) including the CEA's "Ultimate Home of the Year" and Lutron's "Best Total Light Control" award.
The was part of a remodel by the architecture firm Landry Design Group. Audio/video and home control system design by DSI Entertainment Systems. Home construction by Fort Hill Construction.
