These two small lot homes were built with large font decks to take advantage of the beautiful climate and panoramic city views. With adjacent decks privacy was an issue. Weatherwell Elite aluminum shutters with its wind rating and moveable blades were used to create privacy to the right while still allowing the panoramic view in the front. Weatherwell Elite aluminum shutters are usually used horizontally, however this vertical installation was an ingenious idea.
