California Beach House

In the early evening light, just at the point where the house becomes brighter inside than out, one can see how transparent the house is: plenty of windows and opportunity for daylight & views throughout the day. The entry & front door are recessed - to the right of the double window - to face away from the ocean storms. On a walk street, the kitchen, the porch and the patio planters are aligned to the NW view but at an angle to the main house.
