Chocolate brown nursery with sheer white balloon valance

Adrienne Micci-Smith My client wanted a light dainty shade for her granddaughter's nursery. we fpound a lovely white striped sheer fabric and lined it with a white voile sheer. Lots of fabric. The valance has three times fullness and has a ruffle on the bottom hem.
