We opened up the walls to create this super efficient kitchen. With cast concrete countertops and plenty of work space and light. The kitchen island has a hand painted phoenix bird to symbolize this once neglected property rising from the ashes to become a true industrial farmhouse beauty. The double sink is reclaimed from a school kitchen. We installed barn posts, and a custom light fixture was fabricated by Moritz Wood and Metal. Rusted steel was used to clad the island and peninsula breakfast bar. this kitchen boasts a commercial stove and hood system , commercial refrigerators, a walk in pantry, dual dishwashers , and a custom slide out knife rack in the side of the island.
