This remodeled and enlarged home office provides the owner with a central pilot’s seat view of the front entry to the home, while also providing him with inspired workspace. The room features stone veneer clad walls that bring the exterior to the interior. The owner designed and built the cherry desk, countertop, and cabinetry in his own home woodshop. New windows provide natural light and views to the exterior. The rich colors, textures, and natural materials used in the finishes provide a sense of warmth and orderliness while also creating an environment that continues to inspire this entrepreneur from his home base.
